No Refunds & No Returns Policy

HHO Carbon Clean Systems, LLC is committed to delivering high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of our products, all sales made through our Shopify store are final.

Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made on our Shopify account for products sold directly by HHO Carbon Clean Systems, LLC.

No Returns / No Refunds

  • All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

  • Our products are not eligible for return due to their chemical and service-based nature. For safety, quality, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept products back once they have left our facility.

Exceptions

We may offer a replacement (not a refund) only if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was shipped due to our error.
