• Discounts negotiated by Shopify with carriers may apply and will be passed directly to you.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Estimates

• Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are provided directly by the carrier.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates only. HHO Carbon Clean Systems, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

• All shipments include tracking information.

• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot issue refunds or replace shipments sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
